Viewing Pages
No personal information is collected by The MiVAC Trust from visitors to our website when viewing pages.
Email Addresses
The email addresses of people who email us directly are used to respond to your queries and included on a data base for later follow up. If you do not wish to receive follow up material, please email us asking to be taken off the database.
Refund Policy
It is our policy not to refund membership fees or donations unless a clearly identifiable error has occurred. Please contact us by email: info@mivac.org.au within 7 days of the payment being made in order to receive a refund. Please ensure that a full description of the nature of the error is included along with the amount involved.
Order
We request information from the user on our order form which includes a donation or renewal or membership. Here a user is asked to provide contact information (like name and shipping address) and financial information (like credit card number, expiration date). Please note: all financial information is encrypted for your security. This information is used for receipt purposes and for reminders of renewal of membership. If we have trouble processing an order, this contact information is used to get in touch with the user and may be used for follow up to ensure satisfaction.
Cookies
A cookie is a piece of data stored on the user’s hard drive containing information about the user. Usage of a cookie is in no way linked to any personally identifiable information while on our site.
